Description
Where Market Streets form a mixed-use square within new local centres or neighbourhood centres they must be mixed use and shared surface or pedestrianised with structured hard and soft landscaping. There must be windows on multiple levels that provide overlooking onto the street. (See section 4.7 Meeting Places)
